It is a one-day learning programme. The intention is that you gain more insight into how you can retain your existing customers and penetrate them further. This then automatically leads to growth. Your existing customers are very important, they provide recurring revenue security. So keeping the door closed to competitors is very important.
We provide theoretical insights and after each topic you have time to prepare and practise the material. You will be given a number of tools to take home with you that you can use in your daily job. You will look at your customers in a different way and be more successful in deepening them, but above all keep them for the long term.
The training itself is 1 day. On the basis of examples and background theory, we will work with exercises and reflection. The needs of each participant and the whole group are taken into account. This should lead to you increasing your competence in order to get to know your clients better and to draw up an action plan.
