Clarflok distributes a complementary range of chemicals that can solve all possible problems related to physico-chemical water treatment, other water treatment and sludge dewatering.
They are active in all aspects of water purification: filtration, coagulation, flocculation, antifoaming, ion exchange, diatomaceous earth for fine filtration. The needs of the customer
Jochen Duyck of Clarflok progressed from a business development position to a sales management position. From colleague to manager or team coach. He needed one-to-one coaching to sharpen his leadership skills and therefore called on The Art of Growing.
Jochen's coaching sessions started with an online Thalento assessment. Here, we mapped out who Jochen is, what motivates him and what challenges he faces both personally and professionally. When Jochen is self-aware, knows how he comes across to others and knows his growth potential, he will be better able to manage his team. Subsequently, during the sessions, we went deeper into how he can deal with higher management and what the DO's and DON'T's are. There were exercises on communication, conflict management, his values and the culture he would like to develop within his team. Now it is up to Jochen to apply everything he has learned in practice and to gain as much experience as possible.
