Who is our customer?
Lemonade is a software development company with mainly assignments from the European Commission and Belgian schools. Through their collaborative and hands-on approach, they help organisations drive their digital strategies and realise their ideas. Lemonade has offices in Leuven, Argentina and Barcelona.
The needs of the customer
A while back, Lemonade welcomed a new employee: Lotte. Lotte mainly needed sales, marketing and communication coaching. On the other hand, they had to recruit 15 software developers in Barcelona by 2021. For this, they called in the help of The Art of Growing.
Solution
Lotte was coached monthly by us in the area of sales. The Art of Growing joined us in Barcelona to help with photography, video and the implementation of an online and offline recruitment strategy.
