The training is about procrastination and what types exist. With exercises you will find out who are you? But most importantly what can you do about it. Procrastination is putting off tasks that one actually wants or needs to do and where one knows that the delay is probably not good and will lead to difficulties or extra stress. This is why it is sometimes called irrational procrastination. The term procrastination, derived from English procrastination is used as a professional term.
