Flight from Brussels to Evenes and ride to Kabelvåg

You fly directly from Brussels to Evenes. At the airport you then pick up your rental car and drive
on to picturesque Skårungen, in the midst of the impressive Lofoten Islands. The drive to the
accommodation takes about 2h30 and already gives you a first impression of this beautiful peninsula. You will
stay in a nice hotel room or a bright cabin, both equipped with all comforts.

Skårungen: 
Skårungen is located in a quiet bay centrally on the Lofoten Islands. There you have a beautiful view of
the water and the steep mountain peaks. This accommodation has in addition to the finely decorated hotel rooms, also two type cabins that are both very nicely located and decorated with attention to detail. The waterfront cabins are located right on the waterfront. The top row cabins are slightly higher and have panoramic views with large windows.

We will do a number of excursions and hikes, which will take you to the most beautiful views.  If you love the water, you can join us on a kayak trip or RIB safari to the impressive Trollfjord. During each drive by car, you will pass inlets with pointed mountain peaks, wide ocean views, sheltered bays and vast beaches. The combination of the natural beauty and special light is an inspiration to many photographers.

Reine, Lofoten

Your home port for the next 2 nights is Reine, an authentic fishing village, where you will stay in a rorbu of Reine Rorbuer. Reine Rorbuer is located on the Reinefjord, almost at the tip of the Lofoten Islands, and you notice this immediately because of the dramatic mountains that surround the village.  We rent a bike or a boat to quietly explore this region and enjoy the expansive views, sheltered bays and vast beaches. The hiking opportunities are inexhaustible. For example, the hike from Reine to Reinebringen is definitely a must! It is a fairly short but vigorous hike where you will be rewarded with one of the most beautiful views of the mountain world of the Lofoten.

 

Reine robuster hotel:
Authentic rorbus located on the Reinefjord, almost at the tip of the Lofoten. The cottages have been completely renovated and combine the atmosphere of former fishing life with contemporary life. In the adjoining restaurant "Gammelbua" you can have breakfast and, in addition, you can also go there in the evening for typical Norwegian dishes made from local, fresh and seasonal products.

Harstad

Today you will drive all the way through the Lofoten and may stop along the way for a hike or a
visit to the Viking Museum. You enjoy another full day of the splendor of the Lofoten and stay in
the small town of Harstad. Here you can have something to eat in the evening and explore the center for a while. You are already close to the airport allowing you to catch your flight on the last day in peace.

 

Quality Hotel Harstad: 
The Quality Hotel Harstad is pleasant city hotel with a central location in the city.
From the hotel most of the city's attractions are within walking distance, such as the cultural
center and many stores and restaurants.
